Lubricating Oil Production Launched in Turkmenistan
The individual enterprise Guneshli Hayat has successfully launched its motor oil production operations. The production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from leading European manufacturers, ensuring high quality and advanced technological capabilities.
The company has already commissioned an automatic production line, a semi-automatic canister filling unit, and laboratory equipment for product testing. This enables a full cycle of quality control at every stage of production.
The installed equipment allows the production of all types of lubricating oils, including motor oils, gear oils, transmission oils, hydraulic oils, compressor oils, vacuum oils, and more. The key components of the technological line are a stainless-steel reactor with an agitator and a cold continuous blending unit. This setup enables the use of all groups of base oils:
Group I–II mineral oils (I12, I20, I40, I50, SN150, SN400, SN500, BS, KS19, etc.);
Group III–III+ hydrotreated (hydrocracked) base oils (HVI4, VHVI4, HVI6, VHVI6, HVI8, VHVI8, etc.);
Group IV PAO (polyalphaolefins) (PAO2, PAO4, PAO6, PAO8, etc.).
