The private enterprise “Guneshli Hayat” (hereinafter referred to as “the Enterprise”) was established in the first half of 2024. The Enterprise was founded with the aim of implementing a motor oil production (blending) project. The Enterprise is registered in Turkmenistan, with its administrative center located in Ashgabat. The Enterprise’s staff consists of qualified specialists in their respective fields. The total workforce numbers around 25 employees, including those involved in production.

main advantages
The main advantage is the reduction of the production cycle time by at least 2 times, and up to 10 times, since the production cycle depends not only on the mixing time but also largely on the time required to load components into the tank. As a result, the reduction of the production cycle time leads to an increase in the overall productivity of the Enterprise without the need to construct additional buildings and structures or to purchase expensive heated tanks, pumping equipment, and associated piping. The production capacity of the line is 360,000 liters per month. The reactor with agitator, the cold blending unit, pipelines, and mixing filters are made of stainless steel, allowing the use of any groups of base oils on this equipment: Group I-II mineral oils (I12, I20, I40, I50, SN150, SN400, SN500, BS, KS19, etc.), Group III-III+ hydrotreated (hydrocracked) base oils (HVI4, VHVI4, HVI6, VHVI6, HVI8, VHVI8, and others), and Group IV PAO (polyalphaolefins) (PAO2, PAO4, PAO6, PAO8, and others).
